Strahman’s steam and cold water washdown stations combine advanced engineering with robust materials to meet demanding cleaning requirements. These units feature automatic steam shutoff if the cold-water supply drops, enhancing safety; a patented Direct Diffuse® Steam Trap maximizes steam efficiency and prevents contamination; and easy temperature control with a dial temperature gauge for precise adjustments.

Available Models:

• M-5000TG: Our most reliable bronze mixing unit, designed for steam pressures from 80-150 psi. Available in three steam pressure ranges to deliver precise, consistent temperature control.
• M-5700TG: The stainless steel, lead-free version of the M-5000TG, built for applications requiring the highest sanitation standards. Handles steam pressures from 80-150 psi.
• M-5144TGHE: A high-efficiency mixing unit optimized for use with low-flow nozzles. Operates at steam pressures of 40-150 psi, making it ideal for facilities with varying water pressure or applications requiring a wider, adjustable output range.
• M-144TG: A low-pressure bronze unit engineered for locations with low or fluctuating steam pressure. Designed to operate between 20-80 psi.
• M-5000TS: A thermostatically controlled mixing unit capable of handling steam pressures from 80-150 psi. Includes a thermostatic safety shut-off to prevent live steam from passing, ensuring safe operation across the whole pressure range.

• The durable body is constructed from bronze or stainless steel.
• Each unit includes a dial temperature gauge (TG) for accurate temperature readings and a maximum temperature range of 200°F.
• Multiple pressure options, such as low, medium, and high, are designed to match facility needs.
• An automatic shut-off system prevents accidental steam release by stopping the steam supply if cold-water pressure falls below 50 PSI.
