Thermal Electric Series (TES) 1/2″ – 6″ ANSI Class 150 Flanged

BI-TORQ Thermal-Electric Shut-off ANSI Class 150 Flanged Ball Valves with Fusible Links (TES Series) are a complete, fire-safe assembly with a thermal-electric link that enables the operator to trigger a single assembly or a bank of assemblies with a low-voltage signal, giving the operator greater control in an emergency. When voltage is applied to the thermal-electric link directly from a PLC or other command device, the link yields, the spring pack unwinds, and the valve closes. The links also yield when the ambient temperature reaches the link’s rated temperature.

This series features ANSI Class 150 flanged end connections and full-port ball valves in sizes from 1/2″ through 6″.

TES Series Attributes

  • Automatic shut-off in case of fire or low voltage signal

  • Weatherproof spring pack and stainless steel top plate for maximum corrosion resistance
  • Factory assembled and tested
  • We offer factory-mounted top works on a customer-specified or AML valve
  • Not FM Approved

Valve Specifications
