Fusible Link Valves (FLP) – ANSI Class 150 Flanged

BI-TORQ Thermal Shutoff Ball Valves with Fusible Links (FLP Series) are a complete assembly with a class rating of API 607 Fire-Safe-certified quarter-turn valves. This series features ANSI Class 150 flanged connections with full-port ball valves available from 1/2″ through 6”. We also offer NPT or Socket Weld connections. Assemblies are available with options for fail-open or fail-closed operation. Both switches are available to show open, closed, or both. One switch is required per position needed.

BI-TORQ Thermal Shut-off Ball Valves are fully assembled and tested by our factory-trained personnel, giving you confidence that your valve will perform in critical situations.

• Full FM approval on 2″ to 4″ ANSI Class 150 flanged stainless steel ball valve assemblies
• FM approval on Top Works only for all other ANSI Class 150 flanged ball valve assemblies
• Automatic shut-off in case of fire
• Weatherproof spring pack and stainless steel top plate
• Valve can be manually operated on certain models, even while armed
• Factory assembled and tested

• Material: Fire-safe valve body in carbon steel or stainless steel 
• ANSI Class 150 flanged connection
• API 607 fire-safe ball valve up to 285 PSI pressure rated
• 1/2” through 2” valves with manual handle; 3″ through 6″ have a declutchable gearbox
• Valve is available as fail-closed or fail-open
• TFE seats and graphite seals/packing 
• Fusible Links temperature below

It is highly recommended that Fusible Links be replaced annually as part of a regular safety maintenance program.
