Our Quick Sample Valve is the ideal valve for quickly and easily extracting or injecting a media sample. It features a spring-loaded, fail-safe design with a plunger-style piston to break through any crust or scale that forms. A manual quarter-turn actuator handle features multiple positions for absolute control. The Quick Sample Valve works best for media with low-viscosity polymers, water, and light chemicals. Our Quick Sample Valve provides users with safe, effective, and consistent product sample extractions from the pipeline under high-pressure or high-vacuum conditions.

Rugged investment cast body construction for long-lasting service in challenging environments
The standard body is 316 SS; other materials are also available, such as Alloy 20, Nickel, Hastelloy B or C, Monel, Titanium, and Inconel by request
Connection types include Threaded, Flanged, or Socket Welded
Linear Rising Stem with a quarter-turn actuation for quick release
ANSI Class 600
Live Loaded packing rated to ANSI Seat Leakage Class VI
Dual sealing ring arrangement keeps the valve from leaking into the atmosphere
Standard Packing is PTFE with a maximum of 450° F(200° C); other available packing is MR (maximum temp 650°F/340°/c) and Graphite (1000°F/530°C) by request
