Description
Our Contoured and Non-Contoured Half Coupling Connectors make for a quick sample valve installation by sliding into a hole drilled into a pipeline. A socket weld is used to attach it to the pipe while the other end is threaded to receive the sample valve. A Contoured Half Coupling will match the inside of the pipe for an unobstructed flow and is normally used for smaller pipe sizes up to 6". Non-Contoured Half Couplings are more commonly used for pipes over 6". Made from 316 SS.
- Standard Couplings are made from 316 SS
- Other materials to match the customer's piping are available such as Alloy 20, Nickel, Hastelloy B or C, Monel, Titanium, or Inconel at customer's request
